Push and glide

Put your feet on the wall, push, stretch and glide through the water. 

Frozen head drill

Swim breastroke, but never lift your head above the water. Only take a breath once in a while. 

Breastroke Barrow Mann kick

Swim breastroke with normal arms, but kick only with one leg, then kick with the other leg, then kick with both legs. Afterwards start from the beginning.
